You can request a return under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Item: The item delivered is damaged or defective.
  2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch: You canceled your order after it was dispatched.
  3. Incorrect Item: The item received does not match your order.

How to Apply for a Return

  • To initiate a return, send an email to rutvi_customercare@gmail.com.
  • For defective or incorrect items, providing an unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for verification.

Return Shipping

  • We currently do not offer a reverse pickup facility.
  • Customers must arrange for the return shipment to our office at their own expense.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed in the extra tamper-proof package provided with your order.
  • A video of the pickup parcel is mandatory for verification.

Refund Options
After a successful quality check by our team, you can choose one of the following refund options (please specify your preferred option in the return request email):

  1. Refund to Source: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  2. Coupon Code: A coupon code of the same amount will be issued on the same day, which you can use for future purchases.
