  • You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to rutvi_customercare@gmail.com.
  • Please include the product code of the item you wish to exchange in your email.

  • We currently do not offer a reverse pickup facility.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment to our office at their own expense.
